What types of support plans are there for McAfee Products?
You can choose from one of the following plans
  • 24 hour email support:
    The 24 hour email support plan comes by default when you purchase a McAfee SaaS Endpoint Protection from V tech-squad. Under this plan, you can describe the issue you are facing in an email to support@vtechsquad.com. We will in turn respond to you within 24 hours of receipt of your email with possible solutions to the issue you are facing.  This will cover only product related issues and not cover any virus infection or removal related issues.
  • Installation/Repair:

As a part of the Installation/Repair plan we will install the McAfee SaaS Endpoint Protection or any other version of McAfee Anti-Virus that you may have. In the event that you already have an installation of McAfee SaaS Endpoint Protection and have an issue with the same, we will repair the installation. The Installation/Repair comes with a 30 day guarantee under which if any issue comes with the McAfee SaaS Endpoint Protection within 30 days of the purchase of the plan, then we will fix the issue at no extra charge.

  • 24x7 Voice Support

The 24x7 Voice Support plan is our most comprehensive plan. It covers technical support and help for your PC/s for the duration of the subscription. Support covers:

  • Virus removal services
  • Installation, update and configuration of McAfee SaaS Endpoint Protection or other Anti-Virus
  • Proactive monitoring of the vulnerability of your machine, sending you an alert and fixing the vulnerability for you
  • Installation and configuration of Microsoft Office
  • Repair of Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7
  • E-Mail configuration
  • Device driver related issues
  • Configuration and Troubleshooting of Internet, Wireless and Router Related Issues
  • Configuration and Troubleshooting of Printer, Scanner and Fax Machines

All the information provided by you is 100% safe and secure. All the credit card information provided by you is stored in PCI Compliant servers which are biometric protected and not accessible to anyone. We currently use Salesforce.com for our customer information and all information stored in Salesforce servers is 100% encrypted and password protected.

Can I change plans ?

If you changed your mind and want to downgrade your plan or cancel, its easy. Just call us at 1-877-459-6689 or send us an email at contact@vtechsquad.com. If you cancel within 30 days of purchasing the plan you would be entitled to 100% Money back. Standard cancellation charges would apply if you cancel after 30 Days of purchase. All refunds are processed in 7-14 days depending on the bank that you use.


How We Support

Once you place an order on us we assign your case to an appropriate technical department, this process may take a maximum of 15 minutes. If it is taking more than 15 minutes please send a mail to feedback@vtechsquad.com.

Once assigned, our technical support representative would contact you and get additional details on the computer problems being faced by you. Our technical support representative will then request you to provide a remote connection from our support center to your computer. We use LogMeIn (www.logmein.com) for getting a remote connection to your computer. You have an option of sitting in front of the computer while we are working.

Once the problem is rectified we notify you by phone / e-mail. If you are not satisfied with the quality or speed of work you can send us an e-mail at feedback@vtechsquad.com.
